1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the novamind-ai website and the purchase of any digital product offered on it. The service is operated by Elis Vi Trading 2024 EOOD (EIK: 202897141), registered at 36 Solunska Str., floor 3, ap. 6, 1080 Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "us", "NovaMind AI").
2. Products
All products sold on this site are digital goods (PDF guides, prompt packs, skill files and similar downloadable content). No physical goods are shipped. Each product listing states its format and scope before purchase.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation and delivery instructions by email.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically, typically within minutes of successful payment, to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from an online purchase. Because our products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ends once delivery/download begins, provided that:
	•	you have given prior express consent to immediate performance, and
	•	you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts.
This consent is requested at checkout. Where content has not yet been downloaded or accessed, our standard 14-day refund policy applies — see our Refund & Delivery Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Digital products are licensed for your own personal or internal business use. Unless a specific product states otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the files as a standalone product.
7. Liability
Our products provide educational and business guidance. We do not guarantee specific financial results. To the extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute not resolved amicably may be brought before the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
